We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Production Motor Grader Operator to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient site operations, ensuring high-quality grading, and supporting overall production goals. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and able to operate heavy equipment with precision in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

Proven experience operating a motor grader in a production, construction, or mining environment.

Strong understanding of grading techniques, blade control, and equipment capabilities.

Ability to read grade stakes, plans, and follow verbal or radio instructions.

Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.

Ability to work in varying weather conditions and terrain.
- Valid driver’s license; equipment certifications preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Operate a motor grader to perform production grading, road maintenance, shaping, and surface finishing.

Maintain proper road conditions for haul trucks and other equipment to maximize site productivity.

Cut, shape, and maintain drainage ditches, slopes, and working surfaces according to project specifications.

Perform fine-grading tasks with accuracy to meet required tolerances.

Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and report equipment issues promptly.

Follow all site safety procedures, traffic rules, and environmental guidelines.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and other equipment operators.

Assist with general site tasks when needed to support production goals.

Maintain a clean and organized machine cab and ensure proper care of assigned equipment.
