We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead, train, and develop our service technicians while driving revenue through strong service execution and customer experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands the plumbing industry and knows how to turn everyday service calls into high-value opportunities through proper training, coaching, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
• Train and coach plumbing service technicians on service best practices and customer communication
• Develop technicians’ ability to properly diagnose issues, present options, and close service opportunities
• Conduct ride-alongs and provide in-field coaching to improve performance and consistency
• Build and implement structured training programs focused on plumbing skills, communication, and service excellence
Sales & Performance Management
• Drive revenue growth by increasing average ticket and conversion rates
• Monitor KPIs, technician performance, and overall team productivity
• Coach technicians on improving service quality, customer experience, and closing techniques
• Work closely with leadership to align on revenue goals and performance expectations
Leadership & Strategy
• Build and maintain a strong service-to-sales culture within the plumbing division
• Identify performance gaps and implement actionable strategies for improvement
• Recruit, train, and develop service technicians into top-performing professionals
• Establish and reinforce best practices for service performance, turnover, and customer satisfaction
