Web Tracking Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Web Tracking Analyst to join our Web Tracking Team. In this role, you will support the team in building and automating monitoring dashboards for behavioural data collected via Google Analytics. You will also play a key role in reporting and data investigations, helping to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability across our digital properties. This is a hands-on role that requires working with large datasets in Google BigQuery and Snowflake, and closely collaborating with Web Tracking Analysts to enable data-driven decisions and maintain high data quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and automate dashboards to monitor the quality and completeness of behavioural tracking data. Support the Web Tracking Team with regular and ad-hoc reporting needs, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery to stakeholders. Investigate and debug issues in the behavioural data collected through Google BigQuery and Snowflake. Identify anomalies, gaps, and inconsistencies in data and proactively recommend solutions. Work with Web Tracking Specialists to improve tracking coverage and documentation. Translate business questions into data analysis and deliver clear, actionable insights. Maintain documentation of dashboards, data issues, and analysis outcomes. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Data Analyst working with behavioural or digital analytics data. Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience using Google BigQuery or Snowflake. Good understanding of digital behavioural data. Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
