Pricing Analyst

As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a critical role in Ivy Homes' pricing strategy by analyzing real estate market trends, competitive pricing, and internal datasets to determine optimal property valuations. You will be responsible for identifying pricing risks, such as overpricing that leads to slow sales or underpricing that impacts margins. You will evaluate multiple factors like location, property features, market demand, and competitor pricing to recommend the right pricing strategy. You will also track real estate trends, pricing shifts, and competitive analysis to provide regular updates to the leadership team.
