Role

We are a Marketing Operations Consulting company whose main role is to connect the Marketing Strategy with the Business results. We plan, implement and optimize processes related to:

  • Marketing Automation: with Pardot, HubSpot as the main tools and Salesforce as the CRM to connect with.
  • Marketing Data & Reporting: connecting all the tools used in the marketing stack and ensuring the continuous tracking of the user journey milestones.

We are not an agency and it's not our goal to become one. Our clients are key European Scaleups, we are part of their teams, and we have a premium dedication to each of them.

Job Description

Your work for our customers will consist of:

Online Activity Tracking

  • Implementing Online Tracking of user sources, activity, and conversions (GTM, GA4. Custom tracking, Ads platforms…)
  • Implementing Cookie Compliance tracking requirement

Entry Point & Marketing Initiatives processes

  • Setting up of Marketing Initiatives assets and processes ensuring consistency with Lead Qualification, assignment, and Tracking: **** Webinar tools, Chat tools, Landing Pages and forms, Database import, offline event process, Referral Programs…
  • Coordinating and training of Local Marketing Teams to ensure the adoption of the processes

Business KPI Definition & Reporting

  • Defining the right KPI to track and implementing related Data Models, Processes, and Automation to collect accurate and reliable data to report on (Salesforce flow, Salesforce formulas…)
  • Creating Dashboards, Reports, and Ad-hoc analysis to monitor the marketing and sales performance (CRM Analytics, GGsheet, Data Visualization tools, Data Warehouses…)

Advanced Tools Integration

  • Connecting our customer SAAS database to their CRM in order to boost marketing and sales capacities
  • Leveraging Account Engagement or Hubspot APIs to communicate with third-party tools (Data warehouse, SMS tools …)

What else will you be doing in IVICUO?:

  • Customer Project Management
  • Coach more junior team members on their daily tasks
  • Knowledge Management: Supporting the documentation of key processes of the consulting team.
  • Internal Tools Management to ensure the increase of productivity of the consulting team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • 3+years of experience working on Marketing Operations, reporting and data analysis, paid campaigns management (performance management) or website project management.
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience using HubSpot or Pardot is a plus
  • Understanding of technical concepts and language is a plus (API, ETL, SQL, JS….)
  • Proactive & with initiative.
  • Tech lover (like to work with different tools) & process mindset
  • Goal & Detail oriented.
  • Can-do attitude.
