Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IVF Specialist, based in Palanpur. The IVF Specialist will be responsible for providing expert patient consultations, performing assisted reproductive techniques, and tailoring treatment plans to individual needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough fertility evaluations, administering IVF protocols, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care. Additionally, the specialist will remain updated on the latest advancements in reproductive technologies and adhere to strict ethical and medical standards.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART), including IVF procedures, ICSI, embryo transfer, and related techniques.
• Proficiency in diagnostics such as ultrasound and fertility assessments, along with strong counseling and patient interaction skills.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on advancements in reproductive medicine.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a track record of working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A valid medical degree (MD/MS/DNB) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and additional fellowship or certification in reproductive medicine is preferred.
• Prior experience in managing IVF cases is highly desirable.
• Dedication to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality in patient care.
