Role Description The IVF Consultant at Iswarya Fertility Center in Vadodara will provide comprehensive consultation and care to patients undergoing fertility evaluation and treatment. This full-time, on-site role involves assessing medical histories, planning individualized IVF treatment protocols, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating with multidisciplinary clinical teams. The IVF Consultant will explain procedures and treatment options, address patient questions and concerns, and maintain accurate documentation of consultations and outcomes. The role also includes collaborating on quality improvement initiatives, adhering to clinical guidelines and regulatory standards, and supporting patient education on reproductive health and fertility treatments.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in reproductive medicine, infertility management, and IVF protocols.
- Strong patient counseling skills, with the ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and empathetically.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed medical records and using clinic or hospital information systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with gynecologists, embryologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Relevant medical degree (e.g., MD, MS, DNB in Obstetrics and Gynecology) with specialized training or experience in fertility and IVF.
- Knowledge of ethical, legal, and regulatory standards related to assisted reproductive technologies.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to evidence-based clinical practice.
- Prior experience in a fertility center or IVF clinic is highly preferred.
