About the Role

You’ll play an important role in delivering scalable solutions, supporting core business applications, and ensuring smooth system integrations across the client's Finance, Operations, People, Legal, and Compliance functions in 12 European markets. You'll design new capabilities, promote effective interoperability between platforms, and enhance the reliability of existing systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help deliver technology solutions that are innovative, future-ready, and designed with long-term sustainability in mind.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build New Solutions: Design, develop, and lead secure, scalable applications from concept to deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Systems Integration: Develop and support integrations across internal and third-party platforms using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture. Modernise legacy systems and promote modular, reusable designs.
• Maintain & Improve Applications: Own the stability and performance of critical systems. Troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and optimise usability, speed, and scalability. Establish effective monitoring and alerting.
• Collaboration & Best Practice: Champion good development and integration practices, review code and designs, and partner with technology teams to deliver successful projects.

What We're Looking For

The client is looking for someone with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset and experience working across different environments and systems. Ideally, you will have:

• Experience integrating with a range of business systems and platforms
• Hands-on experience building business applications from the ground up (e.g. D365, SAP, stock management solutions)
• A good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• The ability to adapt quickly, switch contexts, and work comfortably across different teams and technologies
• Experience integrating with platforms like Dynamics 365, SAP, HR systems, or third-party SaaS tools
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technical delivery
• Ownership of solutions with a focus on long-term usability, scalability, and impact

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months In):

• Delivered several valuable, scalable technology solutions that have made a positive business impact
• Designed new capabilities and improved how key business applications work together
• Strengthened the resilience and performance of existing systems through consistent improvement
• Built positive working relationships across technology and business teams
