POSITION - IVALUA Testing
Exp - 3 TO 7 Years
Location - Pune
Test Planning & Preparation
- Understand basic Ivalua modules (Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing).
- Review user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in preparing test scenarios and basic test cases for standard functionalities.
- Identify test data requirements and prepare/maintain test datasets.
- Data Management/data mapping
- Test Execution
- Execute manual test cases for:
o Functional testing,Regression testing, Integration testing, Bug testing, Exploratory testing, Scenarios based testing
- Log, track, and retest defects in tools like JIRA or Ivalua’s native issue management.
- Documentation and maintenance of test results
- Ivalua-Specific Responsibilities
- Validate configurations such as:
o Supplier profiles, Catalog items
o Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO)
o Approval workflows, Sourcing events (RFQ/RFP)
o Contract management, Meeting module, Good Receipts/Return
- Perform simple validations on:
o Business rules
o Field mappings
o Templates and forms
- Execute end to end procure to pay (P2P), S2C test flows as instructed.
- Verification of Access & Authorization
- Awareness & understanding of EAI & ETL functions in Ivalua
- Awareness of GenAI
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business users.
- Report daily status updates and highlight risks or blockers.
- Document test results and support Test phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of Ivalua Procurement Platform (training experience acceptable for L1,L2).
- Knowledge of software testing fundamentals, STLC, defect lifecycle.
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA-X Ray).
- Comfort working with spreadsheets for test data.
- Understanding of procurement concepts (PR, PO, invoice, catalog, sourcing, contract, auction).
- Proficient in Confluence.
- Awareness of SC3.
Soft Skills
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to follow standardized processes and instructions.
- Eagerness to learn Ivalua configurations and procurement workflows
