About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to Parents / Tutors and internal teams through customer service, email drafting, and data-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and sending professional emails to Parents / Tutors and stakeholders.
Support data validation and verification tasks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Maintain and update records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and comfort working with data.
