π Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ITSM Specialist to manage and improve IT service delivery processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient incident, problem, and change management aligned with business objectives.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities:
β Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
β Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and service standards
β Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
β Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve service issues
β Maintain documentation, SOPs, and process workflows
β Analyze root causes and implement preventive measures
β Support service delivery reporting and KPI tracking
π» Technical Skills Required:
β Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL)
β Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
β Understanding of SLA, KPI, and service reporting
β Good analytical and problem-solving skills
β
What Weβre Looking For:
β 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management
β ITIL certification (preferred)
β Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
β Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
