Job details:
- 6+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in ServiceNow platform delivery.
- Minimum 4 years of strong hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, preferably with exposure to Platform AI Search.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript along with hands-on experience in UI frameworks such as Angular or React, and working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Ability to create and configure workflows based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow objects including Tables, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.
- Experience deploying and validating ServiceNow patches, updates, and new platform versions.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow components including scripting, integrations, ACLs, Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, etc.
- Solid experience with cross-system integrations using REST, GraphQL, or related technologies.
- Proven expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Strong experience in team management, people development, and project governance.
- Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, integrations, and performance optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
