Job Description:
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities :
- Coordinate patching activities between CIB teams and Cardif Asia local IT teams covering patching, obsolescence and vulnerability remediation.
- Collect and consolidate the producer's global patching and technical roadmaps.
- Gather business constraints from Cardif entities and ensure they are considered in planning.
- Validate and monitor patching schedules against business and operational constraints.
- Adjust patching allotments in coordination with producer teams to balance technical and business needs.
- Resolve and manage conflicts between producer planning and Cardif entity requirements.
- Communicate patching plans, timelines and impacts to Cardif countries and IT stakeholders.
- Track patching campaign progress and provide regular status updates to Cardif Asia entities.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL based ITSM processes for Change, Incident and Problem Management.
- Operate under the governance of the Cardif Global Change Manager following Service Management domain guidelines.
- Contributing Responsibilities
- Providing backup or temporary reinforcement support to the regional team for Incident, Problem & Change Management activities.
- Contribute to production stability by supporting coordinated resolution of incidents and problems when required.
- Support continuous service improvement by identifying gaps or inefficiencies in patching and ITSM coordination processes.
- Assist in maintaining production security and compliance through effective vulnerability and obsolescence management.
- Promote ITIL culture and ITGP values across Cardif Asia IT teams and stakeholders.
- Support transformation and modernization initiatives by ensuring controlled and well-communicated changes.
- Collaborate with multiple global and regional stakeholders to improve transparency and alignment across IT operations.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation and process standardization within ITSM function.

- Service Now (ITSM)
- General IT infrastructure knowledge
- Standard administration tools (Active Directory, SCCM, Antivirus, DNS, DHCP ...)
- Knowledge of IT production backup and resilience setup (High Availability setup, Disaster Recovery Plan, etc.)
- Knowledge on RedHat Linux, Windows, AIX, WAS and CFT
- Infrastructures supporting business applications (post office, servers, network ...)
Education Level:bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
