Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Ivanti Endpoint Manager systems to ensure optimal operation and security.
- Implement and support ITSM processes related to endpoint management, adhering to ITIL best practices.
- Configure and deploy software across endpoints efficiently, minimizing downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues escalated by the support teams.
- Automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency using scripting and automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance endpoint security and compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency in Ivanti Endpoint Manager and ITSM tools
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks
- Experience in systems configuration and software deployment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of scripting languages and automation techniques
- Fundamentals of network security and infrastructure
- Preferred
- Certifications in ITIL or related frameworks
- Experience with other endpoint management or ITSM tools
