Product Designer – SaaS - Innovation Management (m/f/x)

As a Product Designer with a strong interest in design systems, you will support the design team in shaping the visual and functional aspects of our SaaS platform, contributing to a seamless and consistent user experience. You'll collaborate closely with product designers, developers, and product teams to contribute to our Design System and design solutions that are scalable, accessible, and user-friendly. This is a growth-oriented role where you'll develop your skills while having a real impact on the platform. Design System Ownership Help maintain and evolve ITONICS' Design System in Figma, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with business and user needs. Contribute to the documentation of Design System components in collaboration with senior designers. Partner with front-end engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design system components, advocating for design-to-code parity and pixel-perfect execution. Gather feedback from designers, developers, and users to refine and improve the Design System roadmap. UI & Interaction Design Translate product requirements into high-quality user interfaces, from wireframes to polished designs. Create interactive prototypes to visualize user flows and aid in development handoff. Design adaptive and responsive interfaces for seamless experiences across devices. Ensure consistency across all UI elements while maintaining design flexibility for evolving product needs. Collaboration & Cross-functional Work Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to align design goals with product strategy. Participate in discussions between design and development with support from the team. Advocate for systematic design thinking, promoting modular, scalable, and reusable design components. Document and communicate design decisions effectively, ensuring clarity across teams. Design Optimization & Handoff Analyze feedback and usability data to refine and iterate on designs. Deliver high-quality Figma handoffs, ensuring developers have clear guidelines, assets, and specifications. Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the design process.
