ServiceNow Interns

As a ServiceNow Developer Interns, we are looking for an adept intern who will learn to provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using web programming techniques to configure strong and creative solutions for the client utilizing the ServiceNow platform. Some of the tasks that you will be responsible for are, but are not limited to: Completing multiple courses in regards to the ServiceNow platform to prepare you for the following responsibilities. Successfully planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform. Coordinating and solving complex technical data and transformation issues. Obtaining and analyzing business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow. Answering "how to" technical and application configuration questions. Developing, maintaining, and executing reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets. Creating and maintaining system design and operations documentation. Identifying system deficiencies and recommending solutions. Learning applications very quickly and resolve any problems involved in integrating new applications with our systems when new technologies emerge and impact ServiceNow. Collaborating effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests. Understanding and learning ServiceNow functionality and how all ITIL processes can be implemented in ServiceNow. This includes, but is not limited to incident management, change management, CMDB management, service catalog, and problem management modules. Completing other duties as assigned.
