Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site ITI Technician role located in Indore. The ITI Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar energy systems. Daily tasks include assembling solar modules, wiring electrical components, performing system testing, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure safe and efficient system operations. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in electrical systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of solar module assembly and wiring
  • Experience in system testing, inspection, and fault diagnosis
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Team collaboration and effective communication skills
  • ITI qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field
  • Prior experience with solar energy systems is preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with workplace safety standards and practices
  • Flexibility to work in various site conditions and willingness to learn on the job
