Senior Manager - VC Fund Operations (accounting, compliance and ops)

Role Description We are hiring a Senior Manager – Fund Operations to lead our fund accounting, compliance, and investment operations. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, structured, and ambitious to play a pivotal role in building and scaling the operational backbone of a high-performing VC fund. What are we looking for 1-5 years in AIF (VC/PE) operations, compliance, taxation, or PPM/ Fund audit. Familiarity with venture capital fund operations would be preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Strong analytical and process management skills Proficiency in Excel Excellent communication and stakeholder management Highly detail-oriented and organized Location: Mumbai (On-site role)
