Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an ITI or Diploma in a technical or relevant trade (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related fields).
- Candidates should possess basic technical and mechanical aptitude, including the ability to learn machine operation, handle tools safely, and follow technical instructions.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and basic quality awareness, including the ability to perform visual checks and adhere to quality standards.
- Candidates should possess good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a production environment.
- Candidates should possess a willingness to work in shifts, follow safety norms, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing setup.
- Candidates with prior internship, vocational training, or exposure to footwear or manufacturing units will be considered an added advantage.
