Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an ITI Fresher based in Chorasi. The ITI Fresher will support the production and testing of solar inverters, assisting senior technicians with assembly, wiring, and basic maintenance tasks. Daily responsibilities include following technical instructions, using tools and equipment safely, and helping to ensure products meet quality standards. The role may also involve documenting work performed, reporting issues to supervisors, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Training and guidance will be provided to help the candidate grow into more advanced technical responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Completed ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or a related trade from a recognized institute.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and safe handling of tools and equipment.
- Ability to follow technical instructions, work accurately, and support quality control processes.
- Willingness to learn about solar inverter technology and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Comfort with on-site work in Chorasi and readiness to work full time.
- Prior internship or vocational training experience in electrical or electronics is an added advantage.
