We're searching for a Data Analyst who can bring structure, visualization, and action to our data across marketing and technology landscapes. What You'll Be Doing Design, develop, and maintain smart business intelligence solutions using Power BI. Create compelling dashboards and automated reports tailored to business needs. Gather and interpret stakeholder requirements to build meaningful data models and visual narratives. Manage and manipulate data from Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL environments. Validate data accuracy, usability, and ensure consistent performance across analytics platforms. Support strategic projects and decision-making processes with actionable insights. Collaborate across departments to ensure data-driven strategies align with business goals. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field. Proven hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, DAX calculations, and migration of reports. Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and query optimization. Familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau, QlikView, or similar is a plus. Solid understanding of stakeholder communication, both technical and non-technical. Financial and/or marketing data analysis experience is an added bonus. Independent, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
