About the role
ITC is seeking an Area Executive, to drive sales and implement Trade Marketing & Distribution (TM&D) plans at the outlet level. This role requires field visits for at least 12 days a month to distributors to ensure effective sales execution and market coverage.
Essential Job Functions
Visit distributors and retail outlets regularly to ensure product availability and visibility.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to drive business growth.
Implement trade schemes, merchandising activities and brand promotions at the outlet level.
Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Collect market intelligence, track competitor activities and provide insights for strategic actions.
Train and educate distributor teams on sales techniques, order management and customer engagement.
