Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for an Italian Language Executive. The primary responsibility is to support Italian-speaking clients by managing travel inquiries, preparing itineraries, and handling bookings. The executive will also liaise with service providers, translate relevant materials, and ensure personalized client engagement. Additional tasks include resolving client queries, maintaining excellent communication, and providing guidance on India’s tourist attractions, itineraries, and cultural offerings to enhance travel experiences.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken, with proficiency in English for effective communication
- Skills in customer service, client engagement, and supporting travel-related inquiries
- Knowledge of Indian destinations, tourism trends, and cultural highlights, or a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities for itinerary planning, and managing bookings
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and reservation systems
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle diverse client needs
- A degree or certification in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Languages, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality sector is an advantage
