Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhatkal for an IT Trainer. The IT Trainer will deliver high-quality technical training sessions to diverse audiences, design and develop instructional materials, and use innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes. Responsibilities include assisting students in developing practical IT and programming skills, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves staying updated on the latest IT trends and tools to continuously refine the curriculum.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Information Technology and hands-on knowledge of Windows systems
- Experience in Training and Educational roles, with the ability to engage and motivate learners effectively
- Strong Teaching and E-Learning skills, including designing learning plans and delivering content in an accessible manner
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an educational setting
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or related tools is an advantage
