Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an IT Technician. The IT Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing ongoing technical support, and delivering customer support with a focus on satisfaction. Other responsibilities include training customers on products and services, implementing IT solutions, and maintaining an organized documentation system.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Knowledge of Information Technology systems and tools
- Customer Service skills with a client-focused mindset
- Experience providing Training related to IT systems and products
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Professional experience in IT services or equipment rental is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred
