Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site IT Technician role based in Bengaluru. The IT Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing timely technical support, maintaining IT systems, and offering assistance to users with their hardware and software needs. Additionally, the role involves delivering training and guidance on technology usage to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving a variety of hardware and software issues.
- Strong skills in Technical Support and working in an Information Technology environment.
- Experience in providing excellent Customer Service, ensuring user satisfaction.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions and guide users on IT tools and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are advantageous.
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
