Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technician located in New Delhi. The IT Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing hands-on support to users, maintaining and managing IT infrastructure, and delivering training for IT solutions. The role also includes assisting with hardware and software installations, system upgrades, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related technical issues
- Experience in providing effective Technical Support and Customer Service
- Strong understanding of Information Technology principles and systems
- Ability to provide Training for IT systems and solutions
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and hardware installation is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in an IT support or technician role is an advantage
