About the Role
Innopas is looking for a highly motivated IT Technical Recruiter with strong experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies for US clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, referrals, and networking
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers in the US
- Maintain strong candidate pipeline and database
- Negotiate rates, follow up, and close positions efficiently
- Ensure quick turnaround time on requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in US IT Staffing
- Strong understanding of US recruitment process & tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Hands-on experience with job portals & sourcing tools
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in night shift (US hours)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with direct clients / implementation partners
- Familiarity with ATS tools
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
