🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates through various recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end candidate communication
- Build and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve hiring objectives
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and status updates
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience as an IT Technical Recruiter
- Willingness to work in a night shift environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience working with ATS and job boards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
