Mokshaa LLC is seeking IT Technical Recruiters to support a boutique client based in the United States. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to full-time and contract staffing for a world-renowned technology product organization.
As a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle as an individual contributor, including requirement intake, candidate sourcing, technical screening, stakeholder coordination, and offer negotiation and closure. You will work closely with hiring managers and engage with high-caliber technology professionals across the U.S. market.
Success in this role requires a strong understanding of IT technologies, current industry trends, and a genuine passion for technology. Equally important is the ability to build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with candidates and client stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of solid experience as an IT Technical Recruiter with proven experience in sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier IT Talent in the US markets.
- Ability to research and understand core IT Technologies, such as Software Programming Frameworks, Data Engineering concepts, Cloud technologies, and Cybersecurity. (You are not expected to code, but you are expected to speak and understand tech at a high-level)
- Extensive experience collaborating with C2C vendors and MSP partners
- Strong communication skills to interact and build relationships with hiring managers and IT Talent in the US.
- A passion for technology and self-motivation to research and understand modern technology trends.
- A strong sense of ownership.
Job Description:
1. Requirement Gathering & Intake
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs, technical requirements, role priorities, and timelines.
- Translate job requirements into clear, accurate role specifications and sourcing strategies.
- Advise stakeholders on market availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring feasibility.
2. Sourcing Strategies and Candidate Engagement:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche and high-demand IT roles.
- Identify, attract, and engage top-tier technical talent through multiple channels (Internal Databases, Job Boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, StackOverflow, GitHub, HuggingFaces etc.,).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
3. Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
- Conduct technical interviews to assess technical competencies, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate resumes against role requirements and client expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Lead as the primary point of contact for the hiring team and candidates throughout the hiring process.
4. Offer Negotiation and Closures:
- Lead offer discussions, compensation negotiations, and closing activities.
- Coordinate offer approvals, documentation, and onboarding handoff.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through offer acceptance.
Qualification Requirements:
- Must have at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Technical US IT Staffing, for various technologies, i.e., FullStack Development, Data Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, DevOps, and Cybersecurity.
- Solid understanding of core IT technologies, frameworks, and tools. Ability to communicate with Engineers clearly and precisely.
- Experience with or ability to conduct technical interviews with Engineers and clearly evaluate candidate technical skills, communication, and culture fit.
- Strong understanding of US visa laws, tax terms, and a general understanding of the US Technology job market and geography.
- Ability to adapt and redefine recruitment strategies, based on constructive criticism.
- A passion for Tech as a whole, and being open to learning new things.
