We are looking for a high-performance IT Technical Recruiter who can move fast, think commercially, and consistently deliver results across diverse technologies and locations.
As an IT Technical Recruiter, you will own the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end — from sourcing and engagement to screening, submission, and closure.

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- Proven experience recruiting for IT roles (agency preferred)
- Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn + Boolean)
- Confidence speaking to candidates and driving outcomes
- Ability to work fast, manage pressure, and stay organised
- Ownership mindset + strong follow-up discipline
Good to Have (Big Advantage)
- Experience recruiting for Australian market / time zones
- Exposure to enterprise and government hiring processes
- Knowledge of niche IT skill areas (Cloud, Cyber, Data, DevOps, ERP, Integration, etc.)
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS and Boolean searching
- Sound technical understanding of IT roles, technologies, and delivery models
- Ability to recruit across multiple technologies and geographic locations
- High levels of urgency, accountability, and ownership
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Outcome-driven mindset with comfort working to KPIs
- Resilient, organised, and commercially aware

- High-quality pipelines built consistently (not last-minute scrambling)
- Strong submission-to-interview conversion
- Faster time-to-shortlist and time-to-hire
- Strong candidate engagement and low drop-off rates
