Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across various IT skill sets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Previous experience working for a banking or utility client.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Schedule and manage interviews & follow-ups
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS/database
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in IT hiring (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
- Hands-on with LinkedIn sourcing & job portals (Naukri, Dice, Monster, etc.)
- Good understanding of technical skills & market trends
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
