We are seeking a results-driven IT Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technology talent. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technical roles, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rate)
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5+ years of experience in IT or technical recruiting
- Strong understanding of technical roles such as:
- Software Engineers (Java, Python, .NET)
- Data Engineers / Data Scientists
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- DevOps, QA, Cybersecurity
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience recruiting for mid to senior-level technical roles
- Familiarity with technical screening and basic coding concepts
- Experience working in a fast-paced or agency environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
