As a Technical Mock Interviewer, you will simulate real-world interview scenarios for freshers and help them improve their technical and problem-solving skills. You will assess candidates virtually, provide structured feedback, and guide them on industry expectations. Professionals currently on a career break are also encouraged to apply.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct technical mock interviews virtually based on your domain expertise
• Evaluate candidates on problem-solving, coding, and conceptual understanding
• Provide actionable and constructive feedback
• Record the interview feedback in the shared platform.
