Role Description
This is a remote internship role for an IT Team Lead Intern. The intern will assist in managing IT operations, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating team activities. This role involves collaborating with team members to ensure efficient project execution, resolving technical challenges, and supporting the leadership in driving the team toward achieving project goals.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Information Technology with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues

- Experience or interest in Technical Support and providing technical solutions
- Team Leadership and Team Management skills to coordinate and guide teams effectively
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Familiarity with software development projects or IT systems is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
