About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist – US with strong exposure to Prime Vendors, Tier 1 Vendors, and Direct US Clients. The candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and US hiring models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and sales teams to understand technical requirements.

• Source and engage top-tier candidates through job portals and networking platforms.

• Conduct screenings and coordinate interviews with US clients.

• Work extensively with Prime Vendors and Tier 1 Vendors.

• Handle Direct US client requirements and maintain strong client communication.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).

• Ensure 3–4 quality submissions per day.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.

• Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in End-to-End US IT Recruitment (W2 / FTE).

• Strong experience with Prime Vendors & Tier 1 Vendors (Mandatory).

• Proven experience handling Direct US Clients.

• Strong understanding of US hiring models – W2, C2C, 1099.

• Experience in sourcing and submitting profiles for US clients.

• Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, etc.

• Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Cloud, DevOps).

• Experience with ATS platforms.

• Strong coordination skills with Sales Managers.

• Excellent communication and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
