Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT & Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including cloud servers, databases, networks, and end-user devices. This role combines system administration and general IT support to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cloud servers, databases, virtualization platforms, and IT infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux systems and software.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
- Administer networks, firewalls, and IT security policies.
- Handle user accounts, permissions, and endpoint management.
- Maintain IT asset data, including hardware and software inventory.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for employees.
- Deploy software and ensure license compliance.
- Automate tasks using scripting or cloud tools to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Windows/Linux servers, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of networking, Active Directory, firewalls, and IT security best practices.
- Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
