This is a hybrid role based in Vadodara.
- Mandatory Office Hours: 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM IST — work from our Vadodara office
- Work From Home: 9:30 PM to 1:00 AM IST
👉 Candidates must currently be based in Vadodara OR willing to relocate to Vadodara before joining.
👉 This is not a fully remote role. Applications from candidates unwilling to relocate will not be considered.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Systems Administrator to manage day-to-day IT support, system setup, asset management, user access, software administration, security updates, and IT documentation for our India office.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and capable of supporting employees with hardware, software, system access, and technology-related requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up laptops, desktops, systems, software, and user access for new employees.
- Manage IT offboarding, including collection of company assets, access removal, data backup if required, and secure system wipe.
- Provide day-to-day hardware and software support to India office employees.
- Troubleshoot issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, internet, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, VPN, and other business applications.
- Create, modify, and revoke user access for company applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Canopy, QuickBooks, Payroll Relief, UltraTax, and other tools.
- Maintain a complete IT Fixed Asset Register for laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, software licenses, and other office assets.
- Recommend system specifications during purchase or replacement based on role requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, warranty claims, replacements, procurement, and technical support.
- Install, update, and maintain operating systems, business applications, antivirus, endpoint protection, and other security tools.
- Implement software updates, security patches, access controls, and other IT improvements as directed by management.
- Monitor and report IT risks, recurring issues, software license usage, and security concerns.
- Create and maintain SOPs for IT onboarding, offboarding, asset management, troubleshooting, software installation, access management, and security processes.
- Support management in improving technology processes, documentation, and overall IT efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Administration, Desktop Support, System Administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and common business applications.
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting, software installation, user support, and access management.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity, endpoint security, password policies, MFA, and data protection.
- Ability to maintain IT asset records and documentation accurately.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support employees in a timely manner.
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Entra ID / Azure AD, Intune, or Endpoint Manager.
- Knowledge of networking basics such as Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall concepts.
- Experience supporting cloud-based business applications.
- Experience creating SOPs, IT policies, and process documentation.
- Exposure to automation, AI tools, or productivity improvement tools.
