Role Description
We are seeking an IT System Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The IT System Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing system infrastructure, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and performing system and network administration tasks. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless IT operations and delivering technical solutions that align with business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Information Technology with expertise in IT systems and tools
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing prompt Technical Support
- Experience in System Administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
- Knowledge of Network Administration, including managing network infrastructure and ensuring its reliability
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
