About The Role
We are seeking a talented IT Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with Azure cloud services, Intune, and database management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and robust security. The IT Engineer will be responsible for supporting cloud deployments, managing databases, providing technical support, and implementing security measures. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong understanding of cloud and on-premises systems, and a passion for continuous improvement in IT services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Azure and Intune.
- Proficiency in database management systems such as SQL Server and MySQL.
- Solid understanding of network configurations, system administration, and security protocols.
- Experience with cloud deployment, management, and troubleshooting in Microsoft Azure environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent are preferred.
Responsibilities
- System Administration: Assist in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Cloud Management: Support the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure, to meet organizational needs.
- Database Management: Install, configure, and maintain databases such as SQL Server and MySQL, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
- Technical Support: Provide prompt technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues encountered by users.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for efficiency.
- Backup and Recovery: Perform regular data backups and develop recovery procedures to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.
- Security Management: Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewall configurations, antivirus solutions, and access controls to safeguard IT assets.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and compliance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support ongoing projects, updates, and initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
