Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage laptops, desktops, printers, network devices, and IT systems.
- Handle IT asset allocation, tracking, recovery, repair, warranty, and inventory.
- Manage employee access (account creation, modification, revocation).
- Administer Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and user licenses.
- Manage CCTV/camera systems and vendor coordination.
- Track software licenses, subscriptions, AMC, warranties, and renewals.
- Configure laptops, email, Teams, and applications for new employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and basic network issues.
- Maintain IT asset, access, vendor, and license records.
- Ensure antivirus, system updates, IT security, and access controls.
- Coordinate IT purchases and support cost optimization.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in System/IT Administration or IT Support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, CT, BCA, or related field.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with user management, access permissions, and group policies.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Hardware/software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of IT asset management, CCTV systems, and endpoint security.
- Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V preferred.
- Understanding of backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Good communication, documentation, and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and with teams.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
