Role Description- Private Enterprise and SMB
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Software Sales Manager/Relationship Manager (RM) based in New Delhi-4 roles, Mumbai- 2 roles, Bhubaneswar -1, Banglore-1. Responsibilities include managing the complete sales lifecycle, generating leads, engaging with clients, closing sales, and providing account management. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting software solutions, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on IT and AI industry trends to align solutions with client needs.
- Salary bracket - Gross 4 to 12 Lacks,
- Years of Experience - 2-6 Years in IT Sales
Qualifications
- Proficiency in IT Software Sales and understanding of Information Technology solutions
- Experience in Lead Generation and building a strong sales pipeline
- Skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Proven ability in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in the AI or software industry is an advantage
