Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Specialist located in Kolkata. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing desktop computers, and working closely with the help desk team to resolve IT-related concerns. The role includes addressing technical queries, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operational support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve system, network, and software-related issues
- Experience in managing and maintaining Desktop Computers and related hardware
- In-depth knowledge of core Information Technology concepts and best practices
- Strong Help Desk Support skills for effective communication and issue resolution
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Relevant certifications in IT or a related field (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or similar) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred
