Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (Windows/macOS, mobile devices, and peripherals).
- Incident Management: Act as the first point of contact for technical requests ensuring timely resolution.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Monitor and maintain office equipment, including printers, AV systems in conference rooms, and local network hardware.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all devices are encrypted, updated, and compliant with company security policies. Assist in managing antivirus and MFA protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of internal processes, hardware inventory, and common "how-to" guides for staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: min 1+ years in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Networking Basics: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN and VPN troubleshooting.
- Problem-Solving: A "detective" mindset—you enjoy digging into a problem until you find the root cause.
