Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an IT Support Specialist located in Farrukhnagar. The IT Support Specialist will handle technical support tasks, resolve system issues, and assist with troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing help desk support, configuring and maintaining desktop computers, and ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization. Collaboration with other departments and quick problem resolution will be vital components of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Strong knowledge of Desktop Computers and hands-on experience in managing and maintaining computer systems
- Expertise in Information Technology and experience providing Help Desk Support
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
