About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team at Scry AI. This role is pivotal in maintaining the seamless operation of our internal IT infrastructure, ensuring that our employees have the necessary tools and support to perform their roles effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical assistance, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
As an integral part of our IT team, you will work closely with internal staff and technical teams to resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting are critical for success in this role. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues encountered by internal users, ensuring timely diagnosis and resolution of problems. Set up and configure new laptops, desktops, and user accounts, and assist with software installations, updates, and system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Support onboarding processes by preparing IT equipment and providing necessary training to new employees. Manage and track support tickets efficiently, escalating complex issues to specialized technical teams when necessary, and ensuring proper documentation of all incidents and resolutions.
Maintain and update IT documentation, including knowledge base articles, support procedures, and system configurations. Follow established IT policies and procedures, and identify recurring issues to recommend process improvements. Provide guidance and best practices to users on IT tools and security protocols to promote a secure and productive work environment.
Participate in routine system audits, backups, and security checks to ensure system integrity. Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and support organizational IT projects, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall operational efficiency.
