About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst - IT Infrastructure to join our IT & Systems team at DBiz AI Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our organization's IT infrastructure, including End-User Computing devices, Office 365 administration (with a focus on Intune and Entra ID), network and firewall maintenance, and IT asset management. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, maintaining system security, and ensuring compliance with SOC and ISO standards. The Analyst will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless IT operations, support the organization's digital initiatives, and maintain the integrity and security of our IT environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in IT systems administration, with a strong background in supporting End-User Computing environments. Proficiency in Office 365, including Intune and Entra ID, is essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of network infrastructure, firewall configurations, and security best practices. Experience managing CCTV systems and biometric attendance devices is preferred. Familiarity with SOC and ISO compliance documentation will be considered an advantage. The candidate must demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support laptops, desktops, and other End-User Computing devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Administer Office 365 services, including configuration and management through Intune and Entra ID.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and provide effective IT support to end-users.
- Maintain and optimize network infrastructure, including firewall configurations to safeguard organizational data.
- Oversee IT asset management, including inventory control and documentation to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
- Develop and maintain SOC and ISO compliance-related documentation, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Manage CCTV systems and biometric attendance devices, ensuring their proper operation and security.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices to protect organizational assets and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various IT initiatives and projects, ensuring smooth execution and integration.
