F5 Global Talent is hiring an IT Support & Security Monitoring Technician to monitor security alerts, system health, and infrastructure notifications across managed client environments.
This is a hands-on monitoring and triage role for someone who can investigate alerts, determine severity, document findings clearly, and recommend the right next action.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor security alerts and system health across managed client environments
- Review and triage security notifications, infrastructure alerts, and system warnings
- Determine alert severity and recommend clear next steps
- Investigate Microsoft 365 and Windows-related alerts
- Troubleshoot basic IT and endpoint issues when needed
- Document findings, actions taken, and recommendations in detailed tickets
- Escalate issues clearly according to documented procedures
- Work independently during U.S. business hours while keeping tickets accurate and up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience monitoring IT systems, security alerts, or infrastructure notifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Windows troubleshooting experience
- Experience using ticketing systems and following escalation procedures
- Ability to identify which alerts require action, escalation, or further investigation
- Strong written English for ticket documentation
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Availability to work U.S. business hours from India or the Philippines
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Defender experience
- RMM tool experience
- MSP environment experience
- Experience with endpoint monitoring, antivirus alerts, or security dashboards
- Familiarity with incident triage or basic SOC-style workflows

This is a hands-on IT support and alert monitoring role. We are looking for someone who can review alerts, understand severity, document clearly, and escalate appropriately — not just someone who waits for instructions.
