Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Officer for a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot. The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring smooth operation of desktop computers and printers. Key tasks include diagnosing technical problems, maintaining IT systems, and assisting in resolving hardware and software issues.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve IT-related issues efficiently
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology systems, including basic networking and software setups
- Experience with maintaining and troubleshooting Desktop Computers and Printer Support
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and end-users effectively
- Relevant certifications or degrees in IT or related fields are a plus
- Ability to work on-site and address technical issues promptly
