Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an IT Support - Hardware professional. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing and maintaining desktop computers, offering help desk support, and ensuring smooth technical operations. The candidate will also be responsible for addressing technical inquiries and assisting in the maintenance of IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Support and ability to respond to technical issues effectively
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware and software problems
- Knowledge of Desktop Computers and their setup, maintenance, and repair
- Understanding of Information Technology fundamentals and related tools
- Proficiency in Help Desk Support and handling user inquiries efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Relevant certifications in IT or hardware support are a plus
